Design an application where admin will be able to monitor and assign requests to the health workers accurately with in less time. Monitoring many issues is a daunting task. And if user is managing a whole bunch of people, he sure needs a proper set of rightly designed tools to track. This helps the user have better visibility on what is happening with the requests that is assigned to his team.

The health care workers play a very important role here as they need to update their status each time they pick up and deliver to avoid any mismatch in the data.
To have an accurate data from them and without any errors, a clean and automated process has to be introduced from their side to accurately capture the status of the requests.
